GDPR Statement
The General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) is a European Union directive that will come into force on 25 May 2018. GDPR aims to create stronger, more unified protections of EU citizens’ data and for businesses of all sizes. This means complying with certain rules around consumer data.
Nirva is continuously taking steps towards ensuring full GDPR compliance in line with the recommendations from the Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO).
Our nominated Data Protection Officer is our Business Support Assistant, Sara Salas.

We utilise the services of a number of supplier partners, many of whom have publicised their own stances on GDPR and how they process your data. We will only ever partner with legitimate suppliers who handle your data responsibly.
