Working with our clients on their Customer Communication projects we constantly see how the testing is the final hurdle to go live and often the most stressful task. This is often due to the lack of time and the very manual processes that exist – often this is a tester or developer looking at ‘old’ and ‘new’ printed versions and trying to spot where items have not changed as expected!  As well as being a massive headache (literally!) for the teams it is also prone to errors and risk as well as taking up a huge amount of time in comparison to the actual build.
