Celebrating 10 Years of Nirva (2012 – 2022) July 14, 2022

10 years ago, three like-minded Customer Communications Management (CCM) and Exstream experts joined forces with the aim of launching a company with independent and agile market expertise at its heart. With my co-founders, Jacques Mirodatos and Michael Yorston we have combined our pioneering experience and knowledge to build a company that delivers trusted communications consultancy for any and all phases of a project, including project planning, solution design, migration, implementation, training and mentoring staff.

Now, 10 years on, Nirva has doubled in revenue and successfully secured its place in the UK CCM and Customer Experience Management (CXM) markets. This is thanks in part to significant delivery partnerships, secured with both Quadient and Messagepoint, for which our growing team of hand-picked industry experts received the highest level of certification. We have also delivered over 100 successful projects for 35 organisations (and counting!) with a strong presence in highly regulated industries including the Financial Services, Insurance, Healthcare and Utility sectors.

Our market expertise and experience has helped us deliver tangible results for our customers, including:

– Reducing document change cycle times from months to days

– Slashing document testing times by 70%

– Pinpointing project savings in the region of £400k

– Utilising our tech to build the foundations for our customers’ digital and cloud-based comms

Nirva was formed following the economic crisis of the early 2000s, at a time where confidence in market conditions was starting to come back. Since launching in 2012, we have stayed on the pulse of quickly evolving market conditions and technological advances in order to maintain our ability to deliver timely and meaningful advice, guidance and solutions to our client base. Most recently, we’ve been able to use our expertise in digital transformation projects to help customers navigate the challenges of doing business in the midst of the global COVID-19 pandemic and to come out the other side with best practices and standards in place that will stand the test of time.

Looking ahead to the next 10 years and beyond, Nirva will be continuing to invest in training and R&D in order to evolve and grow in line with the market. We pride ourselves on the breadth of our industry expertise, based both on what we’ve done with existing customers and how we see the market evolving in the future. Maintaining this approach will enable us to continue to provide a trusted source of knowledge and guidance for organisations looking to deliver successful CCM and CXM projects.

Of course, alongside this we are always looking at ways to strengthen and develop the delivery of innovative technological offerings that support our expert consultancy. We are particularly excited to be looking at ways we can bring this expertise to new markets in the years to come.

Here at Nirva, we are unashamedly proud of the growth and success of the business since its inception 10 years ago, alongside the partnerships and relationships we’ve forged with our customers to enable them to realise success in their journey with CCM. Our thanks go to all those who have been a part of our story so far, and we look forward to the journey to come.
